CONSTRUCTION BRANDING MELBOURNE

CATCRETE
Brand Identity, Signage & Photography

This construction branding Melbourne case study explores the strategic brand identity, signage and project photography created for CATCRETE, an architectural concrete specialist. The goal was to elevate their presence within the competitive landscape and construction sector.

Objectives

CATCRETE required a cohesive brand system that could operate confidently across identity, site signage and project documentation.

The objectives were to:

  • Develop a refined, professional brand identity suited to architectural and residential markets

  • Create a scalable logo system for use across large-format scrim, print and digital

  • Design high-impact yet restrained construction site signage

  • Capture project photography that documents quality, precision and material detail

The brand needed to feel solid and technical while aligning visually with contemporary residential architecture and landscape design.

Approach

The strategy centred on restraint, clarity and scalability.

The wordmark was developed with strong typographic presence and subtle colour distinction to enhance recognition across large-format applications. The palette balances neutral tones inspired by concrete with structured navy and a controlled green accent.

The signage system was designed specifically for long residential fence scrims, prioritising legibility from the street and consistency across varying site conditions.

Project photography focused on materiality, form and integration — documenting concrete, landscape and architectural elements with a calm, structured visual language that supports the brand. Each element was developed to function independently while reinforcing a cohesive system.

The Results

The outcome is a unified brand presence that extends from identity through to on-site execution. CATCRETE now presents as a refined, design-conscious contractor positioned confidently within the architectural and residential sector.

The identity performs effectively across large-scale signage, while the photography reinforces technical capability and built quality.

Together, the brand, signage and imagery create a professional, consistent visual language that supports ongoing marketing, tender documentation and digital presence.
